A family-owned business founded in Grand Falls in 1863, Les Fermes GAM Michaud Farms has since built a solid reputation in the agricultural industry over five generations.

Les Fermes GAM Michaud Farms grows multiple varieties of potatoes. Our products are sold primarily to markets in Québec, the Maritimes, the United States and the Caribbean.

GAM potatoes are harvested and processed with the greatest care. After washing and brushing as requires, they are calibrated electronically (Hagan Sizer) prior to packaging in a  range of formats. Our potatoes also frequently undergo X-ray analysis to detect any potential internal irregularities.

The company is equipped to provide quick response to special orders for a particular potato category, house brand packaging or specific product count.
