Packaging

Les Fermes GAM Michaud Farms is constantly adapting to market requirements and fine-tuning processes to ensure the highest possible quality of our potatoes.

Our products can be packaged upon request in 5 lb, , 10 lb, 20 lb or 50 lb bags. Potatoes are also available in count boxes of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and 110 . Our farm also offers customized packaging options to suit any customer requirement (mesh, jute, plastic, paper, box).

Les Fermes GAM Michaud Farms is managed under:

• the auspices of an Environmental Farm Plan, 
• On Farm Food Safety Plan for Fruit and Vegetables.
• CPIQ program and audited by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency since 2004

Whatever the destination of the end product, GAM potatoes comply with the quality standards in place in all Canadian provinces, the United States and the Caribbean, among other regions.
