Dione is a medium-late maturing variety with a russet skin and creamy yellow flesh. Oval to long-oval tubers; medium dry matter content; very uniform tubers; and good dormancy and adaptation. Dione is suitable for both the fresh market and processing sector.
RECOMENDED COOKING METHOD:
High yielding variety; robust variety; suitable mid/long term storage; good early blight (alternaria) resistance
